I was hit by a uninsured driver we who did not have a drivers license. I contacted Godsey Martin the next day and they were very responsive and professional. Kennedy was my case manager and she kept in contact with me every week .. whenever she couldn’t reach me via phone call while I was at work, she would text men to sort things out ..she made things very easy and explained the entire process very well. I was able to go to a chiropractor the same week and I began to start feeling better after a few weeks of treatment. My negotiator, Nik, helped me get a very nice settlement and my attorney Mr. Sheppard did a great job with concluding my case. I can’t thank them all enough.

I want to thank Shardé Marks for finally getting my case on the right track to get it on over with. I have been dealing with this for 2 long years and I am just glad to it over. The whole experience itself was just awful but she was great and they are lucky to have her. She has great things that lay ahead of her.

my Mother was in car wreck almost 5 years ago with no settlement, and she constantly deals with people who she doesn't feel like they care. They are quick to give her the run around, and slow to respond. She is so frustrated at times, and they appear to have a high turn around. My mom rarely speaks to the same person when she calls. I wish i could give half of a star, and even then I wouldn't give it to them. I wish they would get my moms case settled so she can get her hip fixed. We should have went with Jim Adler....

My daughter was in a car accident we tried calling played phone tag for over 2 months they were very unprofessional was not legally informed .please dont waste your time with these people

Juan Aguirre was so helpful. We needed some information on a legal issue and his guidance invaluable. We need help with some legal documents and agreements. He is extremely conscientious and that is critical when dealing with legal issues. Any client would be wise to leverage Juan for their legal needs. He won’t let you down.
