GIRL YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!! I believe the good reviews are the newly added victims of this scam to bait you in. Slap in the face for supporting Black business. Case loads are obviously way too heavy. I'm pretty sure their employee turn over rate is extemely high or they pleasure themselves in passing the buck. I got the message. Smash n grab. The opening voice over in the "hood" radio commercial is terribly accurate. SIX months in and I'm still being questioned about lost wage info and releases from doctors offices. I've since lost the vehicle (maintaining the care) and the job (not on a bus route)... GIRL YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED... It's not about the client AT ALL. Wish I couldk0 rate a 0 star people are not good im in Houston but the ones in dallas did my case all are sorry never update you forget about your case until u call and put it on your mind. They never return calls no matter how many meseages you leave. Big regret

Don't waste ur time because they don't fight for u especially when they aware u was injured from all the MRI, X-ray, and etc they still allow insurance company to bully ur case never got a penny for missing work for trrtreatms, pain and suffering nothing my advice get someone else

I got rear ended November 2018 I selected this company because of the commercial I hear all the time & because I’m not from Texas so I do not know any law firms since having my accident I have only received 2 phones calls which were November 2018 and March 2019 I have left numerous of emails & voicemails asking for an update this company is not one I’ll recommend to an enemy the service is horrible no one should be treated this way after an accident especially when this is not a FREE SERVICE I lastly spoke with a lawyer who told me he’ll call me back with an update which that never happened I’m a nursing student who is already under a ton of stress just from school this company going to give me hypertension or a stroke they’ve already given me depression they need to be shut down I RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE TO GO HERE YOULL BE SORRY AND DEPRESSED

My experience with this law firm has been TERRIBLE if I could have given them 0 stars I would have I had my accident in October 2017 they were good AT FIRST as far as keeping me updated on my case status I was able to do therapy and get my car fixed but afterwards communication has been terrible my lawyer NEVER returns calls or responds to emails. I emailed her in January no response emailed again I think in February I have yet to get an update on my case its ridiculous I would not recommend.

My experience with the company has been very stressful. My accident was in April 2018. L. Martinez was on my case, which she is horrible at returning calls or just sending out an email. Now I have a new person and she’s not much better. I went to check my status several times, but have not heard from anyone. I was told two months ago, I will be hearing I from her in 4 weeks. Not!!! I even called and left a message. When I did talk to her, she told me an amount and said, that’s all she can do for me. Keep in mind, someone else was in the car with me when I had my accident, but they had another lawyer, case has been closed and they were offered $20,000. How in the hell you offering a much lower amount, working with the same people🤦🏾‍♀️. But, that 3% was mentioned, which I don’t think is deserved! I honestly believe, she/they have so many case loads and can’t handle them. If they can’t handle it, don’t take on the responsibilities!!! I will not be going this route again, this is beyond ridiculous! I will let everyone know how this turns out. Tip: hire honest people that can get the job done, including returning phone calls. Don’t take on what you can’t handle. Finish one task before going to the next. Where’s my money!!!

Didn’t know what to ask or who to call and they made the process easy as can be, lorenzo smith answered my call and he did everything in his passion to make it an easy process he wasn’t rude or had a bad attitude was very well respectful and tried to make sure I was taken care of to the fullest extent.

Recommand you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! At first things were fine communication was good . They were very kind and felt like they really cared . After a month things just went down hill. It was hard to get in contact with someone . Yes the receptionist answered the phone and transfers you But then you go straight to voicemail. It took about a year to close my case . Mrs. Leilani would never call us back or her voicemails were always full . She told us in the begining of November That we would receive a check in two weeks . She told us the amount and that they had already gotten their share .we emailed her our new address like 3 times but still sent it to our old Address . So when We finally got the check at the end of January it was about 2000 under what she had said . I called numerous of times and no one called me back . I highly recommand not to give Them a chance .

Bad customer service, hard to reach and shady business

The entire staff was very friendly and helped me through the entire process.

I wasn’t too into everything going on at the beginning I just left it in Godsey Martin hands. I’m not an easy person to get in contact with yet they made sure to go every route possible to contact me and keep me informed every step of the way. At the end when it was time to prep for my Examination under Oath, I met with my Attorney Mr. McNeil and he prepped me VERY well. Not only was this my first time doing this I wasn’t sure how anything in this matter works. I stepped in that examination under oath with such confidence and knew how to present my self. I will definitely return if anything was to ever happen again
