I am very satisfied with my lawyer, David McNeal . He was very thorough, and had no problems doing his due diligence . He was also helpful and kind. I would recommend him!

Case was started October 2016 I have just received my check today January 2019. My case was open and shut, but it seems every 4 months I had someone new on my case because they kept quitting. When I did talk to them they were very professional and informative but them answering the phone or returning a message was rare. I wouldn't recommend seems they have to big of a work load and an issue with keeping employees 😬

This lawfirm is stressing me out just as much as the accident i was in! 😡

I immediately thought to call this firm after I was involved in a hit and run. It got off to a rocky start to be honest, but after David McNeal was assigned to my case it has been a much smoother process! He takes time to explain details and keeps me informed of case status. Got hit on August 4, 2018 it is now October 10, 2018. No one has contacted me and when I call I get the runaround. Bad business I tell ya. Won’t be recommending you all to anyone. Smh Today is 12/5/18 after my last review I was contacted by the person handling my case and they did give me more information towards my case but I have yet to hear from them again to get anymore updates. I'm not sure why they can't keep their client informed on what's going on whether nothing has changed or has. I'm trying to be patient but I just don't know about this firm. At least keep me informed because to me you all are not taking my case seriously. Today is January 27, 2019 I talked with my case manager at the beginning of the month and she gave me a small update. Hopefully my case can be finalized soon. Don't understand why it's taking so long for an open and shut case in my eyes.

Mr. McNeal was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He was courteous and remained available to answer my questions and answered all until I was satisfied.

I’ve been dealing with the same case for three years. Every 3-4 months i have a new caseworker call me and say they will have someone call me the following week with more information and I have yet to be provided with any information. My representative missed my original case and it’s dang near impossible to get someone on the phone or get a callback if you leave a voicemail. The one star is for the receptionist and/or call center that actually pick up the phone. So this is an update of a year later (which makes 4 years) out of the blue I get a call saying my case has been settled and I’ve been going back and forward with Litigation Jimmie Carter. I get a different story from him in regards to receiving a check every time and the timeline changes. He has no idea if the check is with the insurance company or with the Dallas accounting department and “it is what it is”

10 months to low ball me? Poor communication, poor follow ups, 8k auto damage, 17k in medical Bills and I get offered 14k total for lawyer and bills? I do not recommend this firm at all.
