Everyone there was professional and courteous. They helped to ensure all of my medical needs were covered and were extremely easy to work with. Someone was always available and eager to answer questions. This was my first experience needing legal assistance with a claim and this firm made it easy. I would definitely recommend this firm to friends and family.

This entire process was handled with excellence! The case was handled very professionally by all the representatives involved in settling my case. I am happy to report that the entire process was very smooth. I am very appreciative of the representatives who work for this law firm and I am astounded by the amount of the claim.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone well the Dallas office that is. I have been chasing them to get updates and information regarding my case. The professionalism in the office is horrible. I can honestly say I regret choosing this law firm.I have had to wait double the amount of time and still waiting on my son case to make progression only because this law firm mixed my sons information up. I have currently been waiting on a lien letter for my insurance company since January. If you have a choice DONT CHOOSE THEM....

They take way long on cases and I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. Your better off finding some another firm.

Great service, Great outcome. Things take time and a lot of people don't realize this. These people work in your best interest and try to get the most out of a situation on your behalf. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet Mr Godsey and Mr Martin. They did a great job as well as their staff. I didn't experience any of the negative stuff I've been reading about. I'll use them again if I have to in a hear beat. Thank you Godsey and Martin.

I honestly do not understand how other people were dissatisfied with this firm. They were there for me from beginning to end. .Especially Sandra Blaze . I am absolutely thankful and blessed that I called Godsey Martin.

If this review means anything PLEASE, I repeat, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Me and my mom got into an accident with a school bus and we heard that ghetto commercial and called the hotline. The commercial should have been a red flag right there, but we called anyways. At first they seemed really interested and caring for our needs, but after they started sending us to the doctor offices to be evaluated and receive physical therapy that was a wrap! They added things that were false on my paper work so when I got to physical therapy they said they couldn't do anything for me because their paper work didn't match the doctor office that did the evaluation. Guys, they literally lied on that paper work. If you look at the two papers it looks like you're dealing with two different patients. So anyways, weeks go by of trying to get everything figured out, lots of calls and people telling me they're going to call me back, I got a call yesterday stating they don't know what my case is about. It was so frustrating! I get a call today from a lady at the firm and she was the worst! She had a horrible attitude! She called me asking why I haven't been to physic therapy and when I explained that the office told me I couldn't attended due to the paperwork situation she basically brought up irrelevant things and tried to turn everything around on me and my mom like we were liars. I have never in my life been treated in such a way and honestly I was a bit confused on where her attitude had stemmed from due to I had never talked to this woman until today. I was angry that I was being talked to like an uneducated child that had no sense. When I tried to explain my side she kept interrupting me and I couldn't even finish anything before she wanted to three way me with the clinic I was supposed to attend. She was very nasty to me and my mother. This business is so unprofessional and they add things on your paper work to get more money, and then when you call them out about it they turn it around on you like you're the liar! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! If you're lucky, you are reading these reviews before you decide to make the call. Unfortunately, I did not look up the reviews to this place because if I did I wouldn't be in this situation. My suggestion to the company is to hire people that are actually friendly along with their profession. The last thing a victim of a accident wants is to deal with a nasty, hateful person.
