I wish i could give this NO stars at all! This firm is absolutely awful and im considering taking them to court. MY husband got into an accident about 6 months ago and they are still "working" on it and they never return calls, they never answer questions properly or at all sometimes, and they do not keep us informed of anything going on. This accident costed us our cars and homes and they didn't seem to care. This is the worst attorneys office i have ever dealt with in my life and i would advise no one to use them or call that stupid hotline. They will act like they care at first then they will stop caring!

Very unorganized. I feel my settlement should have been more.

I had a car wreck back in March 26 2015 and I went to the website and put my info in. They called me back immediately. From the start they was concerned about my health and how I was feeling. They made sure that my injuries and concerns was met. I went to therapy and specialist to make sure my pain was addressed. They was thorough from start to finish. I got every dime that I deserved and more and their fees are reasonable. I am very impressed with the quality and professional service they provided me. I will recommend them to all my friends. Godsey & Martin Law Firm are true to their words.

They are complete bs! Do not waste your time . I was in a wreck in 2014 of September and was pregnant. I have yet to receive anything from them . Neither has my sister and she actually lost her baby . (Rip) looking for a lawyer that can sue . They kept a check that was sent to them for a reimbursement for me . I keep getting the run around with them . So very unprofessional. Barnett and the rest .

I was in a accident 6/27/2015 and my case worker is Roxanna and she only calls when she want me to go see this person or that one. And at first they called me all the time every week. But now im the one calling and can't reach no one and its to the point now im feed up and want a new lawyer who will fight for me and my kids and respond to us like i need too. So i would'nt believe the hype on tv or radio they a bunch of bs for real.. And also do anyone have any ideas on who to use for a lawyer?

We were in a car accident in March. Since July we have been told that Medicaid has a 95 day lien on my daughter case and my grandson case but I call this morning and feel like I got my head chewed off for status of a case that happened in March. I call they don't return calls, I email no return email, I HATE THAT I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. If you are looking for someone that will communicate with you and give you true facts and not a run around. DO NOT chose this law firm

My entire experience was lovely. Mr.Buenker and Gisselle were great from the start of my process to the very end. They were both very understanding during the entire process. Both made me feel at ease and the communication was impeccable. Whenever I had questions, I would hear from the firm within 24 hours. He fights for what's right and treats you as not only a client but as a friend. I would definitely refer The Buenker Law Firm to anybody that's looking for a lawyer in reference to overtime claims.

They are a fraud an they take all of your money an add fees of their own to you settlement, i am getting a new lawyer to sue them

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE law firm. I wish I could rate Godsey Martin Law Firm with 0 stars. They are so unprofessional and inexperienced. I had nothing but, a bad experience with this firm. The lack of communication is ridiculous at this establishment, Every time I would call to speak to my case manager, I got nothing but her voicemail, they do not return calls promptly and they do not respond to your questions or concerns thoroughly and accurately, they brushed me off the minute, they realized they weren't going to make money off of me. They mislead me with incorrect information and were not trying to assist me in my case to seek my best interest. This is the WORST law firm in the state of TEXAS and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I wasted over a month worth of time with them and not to mention, I opened my case back in February of this year, it is now March and I had NO verbal contact with my attorney not one time during this entire process. This firm is so unprofessional, I had to withdrawal from here before my case closed, that's how bad this firm is. So people be AWARE of what kind of attorneys you are dealing with, if you decide to do business with them.... Trust me you won't get far and will be in for a rude awakening with this place.

I contacted Godsey and Martin law firm after a car accident around August 2014, after listening to the T.V. and radio commercials I assumed I would receive adequate care by professionals. Each week after the accident I would call to get up dates on my case, the personnel was vague, however she assured me someone was working hard on my case. After the 2nd month I decided to be patient and allow the attorneys to fully investigate my case. I decided to contact the law firm after 5 additional months of no contact, and was advised the attorney did not won’t take my case to trial, and dropped the case. I was never notified that my case would be dropped, no written or verbal communication, there was clear evidence including pictures that I was hit from behind, however the law firm refused to take it to court. After speaking to countless admins in the office I was advised the actual attorney would call me back. (I’m still waiting on the phone call) Please do not hire an attorney because of countless commercials on t.v. or the radio, ask lots of question, do a lot of research and find an attorney, with great communication skills, who will not be afraid to fight for your case.
