I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my case! It began with a severe car accident that left me injured. However I was fortunate enough to receive exceptional support and care from Attorney Joel Vecchio, who is an incredible legal expert that went above and beyond to help me! Last year (July 2022) I was involved in a pretty bad motor vehicle accident and lucky for me I made the choice to seek Mr. Vecchio to represent me against the at-fault driver's insurance company. The office staff was phenomenal in walking me through everything in my time of need. They helped me understand the process of filing a claim and answered any and all questions quickly. They treated me with the utmost respect. My lawyer Mr. Vecchio and my paralegal/case manager were on top of everything from start to finish. Something that started out with me hurt, scared and intimidated ended beautifully because of the law firm I chose. I’m so thankful for them. I highly recommend Joel Vecchio. I was injured badly in an accident that wasnt my fault, and was very scared about how to pursue getting what I needed since I have never been involved in any kind of legal process before this! After requesting initial info, Joel got back to me the same day (he even offered to come to me since I was still recovering from the accident but I opted for handling it all virtually which worked best for me and he obliged!) and eased my mind about the whole process, then got the ball rolling immediately. This was literally only a few weeks before COVID started, which ended up causing a lot of delays in different areas - but Joel kept me up to date the whole time and as able to get me my settlements as soon as possible. He also advocated for me every step of the way and was willing to battle back and forth with some difficult parties involved until we got things in my favor. Definitely great customer service and professionalism - if I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other accident or trouble, I will definitely call Joel and his team again! Joel was the easiest attorney I’ve ever dealt with. His office kept us up to date on all aspects of our case though out the entire process.
