Joel and his team are FANTASTIC!!! They worked on a difficult worker's comp case for me that took a little bit longer than he wanted it to but got the results he wanted in the end that was best for all involved but he was most concerned with getting the best settlement for me which he did. I would HIGHLY recommend, they answered all calls and if happened to not be available, they called you back in a timely manner. Joel even called me on my Thanksgiving vacation to give me an update on my case. Settlement funds were dispersed the same day I signed the settlement agreement but that may not be the case for everyone depending upon how case is handled and funds are provided. That said, would definitely use them again.

A personal injury claim is never a simple or straightforward thing. We learned this when I was injured in a slip and fall accident at our favorite restaurant last month and had to spend a week in recovery from minor injuries.
