He kept me informed throughout the process and delivered results in a timely manner. I finally received the payment I was owed. I had a very disappointing experience with Tucker Albin and Associates. I worked with Ro Lockett, and right from the start, I felt a lot of pressure to provide information about my collections accounts for him to attempt recovery. I ended up sharing quite a few, but after that, I never heard from him again. The lack of follow-up and communication made this a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Interacted with the CEO of the company, Allen Humphris, on social media in response to a comment he made stating Blacks have low IQs. He followed up with additional comments that I must have received my degree online or as a scholarship linebacker. A CEO’s leadership goes beyond achieving financial targets- it shapes the company’s culture and reputation. I strongly advise potential customers against engaging with this company, as its leadership has demonstrated a tolerance for making offensive and racially insensitive remarks in a public space and lacks the ethical integrity and moral standards essential for trustworthy business practices.

Sales rep called speaking quickly and said "I could hang up on him if he couldn't help me", I replied that I wouldn't hang up on someone like that but that we have no outstanding debt that needed their collection services, at which time he just hung up on me. I guess it wasn't worth his time to be courteous and say thanks or goodbye. Sad times we live in.

predatory, hostile sales tactics - called my front office and demanded i was pulled out of a meeting and lied saying i knew them - total losers - not sure how good they are but sales people are unethical

This company has a ridiculous sales tactic. A sales associate of Tucker Albin called the company I work for in the HR department and harassed our receptionist to pull one of our senior VP's out of their meeting. The sales rep was posing as an 'upset' customer and would not share what company they worked for. Upon googling the phone number given and using our caller ID, we traced back to this company. This was a highly inappropriate sales tactic to get our business with Tucker Albin and quite frankly very rude.
