Horribly unprofessional. pick anyone else.

Repeatedly calls me about a debt that’s not mine. I figured it out once the same company called my mom about a debt that’s not hers either. SCAM

Extremely unprofessional

Jeff McPherson has been a wonderful advocate for our company in collecting unpaid invoices. He and his team are professional and ask enough questions to understand the approach their company should use with our clients. We will definitely continue to call on Jeff and his Team at Tucker, Albin and Associates for all our collection concerns. Thank you Jeff!

Please be warned of this company. This company is a scam company. They are not honest!! They claim to help you collect a debt and they actually get your information from the internet and or find out names of employees to claim that they were hired to collect on the company behalf. This guy Taylor said an old worker of ours hired them to collect on a painting company. There out to hurt small business to get you to settle a supposed collected debt or they will file suit in Texas and since they know you won’t go to Texas, unless you hire an attorney you might loose and they get a judgment and affect your business. If you ever get a call from any collection agency hang up and don’t give them any information including your name because they will use that information to scam you.!!!!! Unless you can walk into a collection agency locally don’t trust these scammers . They tried to scam us.

Joe Houser is the man!! He contacted us about using his services for our collection needs. I was skeptical at first but they have proven themselves to be a great asset to our business.

VERY unprofessional. I called due to reviving an email about a debt I knew nothing about only to be met with attitude as if I was wasting her time. The person I spoke to couldn’t even answer any of my questions I had instead she just talked over me. Good luck getting people to pay debts with an attitude like that.

Ken Sawyer is the absolute best. I sent him an over 90-day collection and we got paid within 3 weeks. He follows up with his service regularly to see if we need help collecting!!!*****

This company cold called my job and the person on the phone was extremely rude. Sighed said “omg” like I’m annoying him & hung up on me!!!!! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

This company employs a gentleman by the name of Mark Stevens that harasses you non stop and when asked to not communicate a certain way, they spoof their numbers and text, email and conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. I have had to work with agencies before and have NEVER been treated the way I have been with this associate. I have never had agencies text me for one and then threaten me. He has texted my employees and called us at 6am on the weekends. Very very unprofessional. NO STARS

Started working with Tanner a few years ago and now have Kenneth. Both have been excellent, easy to work with, easy to talk to and have been batting a thousand!!!

Abel Solis Was able to get a collection for us dating two years ago. Would definitely recommend their service.
