RUDE!!! Would rate negative stars if possible. David Cooper who I had never spoken to or met in my life has 0 phone etiquette or human decency. I had the displeasure of reaching out to him to request a very simple document because what I was sent made absolutely no sense to me or anyone I asked to try and explain it. My request was answered with "That is all you get". What kind of unprofessional, impolite, disrespectful response is that? Definitely keep your distance from this guy and is "associates." Sincerely appalled.

Awesome group to work with! They were ON THE BALL about getting our claim handled and were very persistent. If you have outstanding freight invoices look no further these are your people!

Cold called our office, "fibbed" about the company name (said T A something) asked for someone who's never worked here, said he was trying to help us get "money we are owed" like he already knew the who/what/when... he doesn't, and we don't need a third party to call on our behalf. Then I realized I'd already asked them to not call us LAST YEAR. They do not respect the "please remove us from your list."

This business cold called us. The salesman was extremely rude. He asked for the owner of the business and when I told him that the owner was in a meeting, the salesman just hung up. I was irritated, so I called them back and told them to remove us from their list. If this is how they expect to gain a new client, they are sadly mistaken.

I try to be kind to everyone that calls, even sales people. But to answer a cold call and be hung up on mid-sentence when they realize they aren't getting my business, ruins it for all the other legitimate cold callers out there trying to do the right thing. This place would never get my business.

Looking at some of the low reviews here and it looks like my experience is not unique. This firm cold called me. Could tell immediately he was going to try to sell me something. My business has a client going through bankruptcy. Even after telling him we had legal and accounting representation he continued to talk over me (even when I told him not to). Just a strange, aggressive cold call. Guess that would make them great debt collectors. Just won't be doing it for me.

I don't owe any debt but this company calls my phone almost everyday and never says anything. I say hello about 3 times and then they hang up. I call the number back but no one ever answered. I leave voice mails but I never get any answers. If this is a real business you suck.

Abel Solis, from Tucker, Albin and Associates, contacted me out of the blue. At first, I thought it was a scam but after speaking with him and not having been pressed for personal information, such as a Social Security number, I decided to put him to the challenge. I gave him information on three clients who have owed me money for years. It hasn't even been two weeks and two of three have paid their outstanding balances, in full! One of them even had over $800.00 in late fees which had been added to their account which they also paid, which will help defray the cost for Abels' services! The third client said that they will get a check out soon. I don't know what they say to my delinquent clients to get them to pay so quickly but, whatever they say, it works!

Of course when you read this don't rush to judge me cause I was the one that owed a debt there is always two sides to a story and I'm a GC in jersey and a job was done by a sub and inferior work was done and the owner was not happy so I have to correct the job and then sub would have got paid. But the sub hired this company and MITCHEL WHITE was the agent. Well !!! He was harassing my clients and was very nasty to my company and me as well and gave us a timeline to pay a overinflated invoice within basically no time or they will seek legal action. So I obtained council as well and counter suing them and the client for wrongful suit and attacking my client that is innocent. I've dealt with gangsters that are more professional than this so called collection agency.

I am sure it is odd to rate 5 Stars when commenting on a Debt Collection Group, but in this case, I want to say that for all of that, I worked with Tucker, Albin and Associates on a collection matter which was handled extraordinarily well by Mr. Zakory Hill. Mr Hill was an absolutely pleasant and professional agent. He was personable, prompt and worked diligently to resolve the collection matter. I would recommend their firm and his services if you are in need of a collections company whose people are respectful of their collection targets time and effort. Mr. Hill was attentive, direct, understood the collection work he was doing, understood the specifics of my situation and was exceedingly helpful in the resolution. Thank you, Zak, and by extension, Tucker, Albin, for your work and for being an absolute A+ agent.

01/25/2024 unfortunately their methods of trying to get a company's business feels like a collection itself. I work in AR and happen to answer the phone. When their rep cold called our office, he attempted to strong arm me to speak with the president. He never considered he already had the correct party on the phone. I guess he just made the assumption that I was the secretary. When I attempted to find out what his firm was about, he hung up on me. I will never entertain this firm for my collection needs. The guy who phoned, called himself Ron. He lied and said he had an appointment to call the boss. Disgusting false pretense and treatment of a potential client. Shop elsewhere, these outfits are a dime a dozen
