Jack Jordan is exceptional! He made what could have been a daunting experience almost effortless. Jack was very polite and a pleasure to speak with, his customer service is top notch! It was a pleasure speaking with Jack, he made everything so easy. Knowing if I need any assistance I can reach him directly. Thanks Jack. Can't wait to see results.

This is the rudest most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Christina Moore called me about an account they have in collections. A prepaid account might I mention. She was yelling screaming and beyond rude speaking over me. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service before. When I told her that she would not speak to me that way, she tells me she’s going through something as if that would justify her tone. Ma’am I just lost my grandmother and still manage to be respectful and polite. She told me she’d mark my account as refusal to pay hung up the phone on me. Then had the nerve to send an email
NOTICE This office has attempted on numerous occasions to amicably resolve with you the claim by the above referenced creditor, but to no avail. I assure you that if you have not liquidated the balance owed, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this email; I will recommend that our client immediately file suit for the full principle amount, as well as all appropriate compensatory damages. While this seems like the unfavorable option, these actions must be taken to protect my client’s interest
I called for several days left several voice messages for her manager Bryan Borders who never returned my call. There’s no accountability. How can you not respond to someone who’s called at least a dozen times and left a half dozen voice mails! Someone who your employer lied on and threatened to intentionally ruin there credit because I called her on her unprofessionalism. If her day was that bad she should’ve took a sick day! If you know you can get away with that type of behavior I guess there is no need to call in sick! Just horrible if I spoke to a customer like that I wouldn’t have a job the following day.

Attorney Mark Stevens of Tucker, Albin and Associates has inaccurate information on a file. Although I tried to resolve the issue with him, he has been one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have worked with. I am also an Attorney and I will be filing a complaint against his license with the Texas Attorney Disciplinary Committee, The Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Committee, and the Ohio Grievance Commission. I highly suggest that you are being harassed by any of the attorneys due to inaccurate statements, and they continue to act outrageously, like contacting my employees about the inaccurate debt, and sending emails to other people who have nothing to do with our law firm, you contact the appropriate authoritative boards and file complaints against licenses. In addition, I plan on filing suit based upon the Illinois Deceptive Practices Act and including this employee and the officers of this company.

We tried working with them and instead of having a professional conversation, Russell Baker spoke to me incredibly unprofessionally, with harassing and sexist comments. I was astonished at how rude he is and what a poor representation of that company he is.

We have had exceptional service and results working with Jamie Piell at Tucker Albin. Collected a couple of items we had pretty much given up on. Not sure how they've collected on a few of these but very happy with the results.

Harassing my company with telemarketing called, calling from different numbers each time so I can't trace back the number. I asked them to take us off the calling list and he called right back to lie and said he was ' returning a call' from a member of our company who has been retired for 5 years.

I want to give thanks to a very special lady, her name is Jennifer Chrestman, in helping my trucking company remove a Freight Guard report that was 2 years old and with no resolve in sight until i called Jennifer.

Fortunately we haven't had issues with collections, I'd say that within 5 years there's one client who decides not to pay. I had received a solicitation from Tucker Albin and Associates about there services and we thought that they may be someone we could retain when needed. This year we had a client who was totally unresponsive on their past due account over a year. My owner of my firm said lets contact Tucker Albin and see if they can try to collect from contractor. If they collect, then they get paid and we get something rather than nothing and write balance off. It will be a Win, Win. Jack Jordan with Tucker, Albin worked professionally with us, he asked questions and we submitted the documents to backup our services provided and agreed amount. Tuker, Albin were able to get a response within a couple of weeks. They negotiated and agreed to an amount on our behalf. Tucker Albin staff did all the work. We're just waiting on the check. We will definitely use them again. I recommend Tuker, Albin and Associates for collections.

they keep calling my company and hanging up when they cannot talk to the owner. #1 - stop being rude. #2 - no one just lets you through to an owner with out knowing what you want.
Sales calls and rudeness at its all time peak .. bridge burned. i wouldn't let them work for me EVER because of how rude they are to staff.
