Back in 2020, they collected $$ for me from a delinquent customer. Pretty smooth process.

They will harass businesses and employees who don't even know what's going on; they lack the common sense to track the actual owner of the debt.

We we’re solicited by this company to hire them to collect our bad debt. They took our case, as we were in the process of getting our information together they started contacting the debtor without the invoice or paperwork, with no knowledge of an amount. Nothing. The debtor called our office for an updated invoice, which we sent and we refereed them back to Tim Neal at Tucker Albin. We had almost all the stuff together, invoices, txts, pictures, material receipts bill of ladings etc, to send out to them when we got an email saying we were in violation and terminated, and had to pay them a crazy amount of money. The agreement had no amount in it and was moot. Our counsel looked it over and told me to stay away and have no contact. After letting them know what our counsel said they wanted us to sign paper work, which after looking into there BBB complaints, Bad google reviews, and seeing they are listed as a scam, we decided to have no further contact. It’s all online for anyone to see. They harassed our personal cell, 30/50 calls daily and sent threatening messages. We had reported them for the CFPB and was given a contact to deal with for the complaints. They were also reported to the CT state attorney Generals office, and the BBB which they are accredited.we have used collections agency’s in the past, and never had this experience. Make sure you look at there other reviews the ones on google are bought.

NEGATIVE STARS I tried to set up a payment plan, however, Russell Baker would prefer to sue, very rude and condescending as well. Russell Baker is incredibly unprofessional & childish. I was astonished at how rude he is and what a poor representation of this firm, I would be embarrassed if he worked for me. I would recommend Companies look for a debt collector that wants to work for the client and that is not racking up fees for their company. $5k to make a phone call, WOW! I am in the wrong business for sure.

I see why they’re able to get debts paid based on the reviews. This company acts very unprofessional but at least they get the job done. These people texted my ex wife and me for a debt owed from a company I was employed for, not my personal debt. Borderline harassment truly as I called to let them know I cannot personally help them and just work for the company and they said too bad that I should find a way and they’ll continue to harass.

We recently gave them some delinquent accounts to collect. Greg Garesche and his team have produced great results. Their team is in constant communication with us, much better than others we tried beforehand, and with greater success. We plan on giving them even more work moving forward!

These guys do not mess around.

Scam call center. Christina Moore called to my personal cell phone try to reach the company I used to work in and start yelling and speaking on top of me right away about some few dollars debt. It took me a minute to shut her and explain that this is personal cell phone. Very unprofessional collector, I guess she is new, still long way to learn how to persue over the phone on professional manner. Anyways, this strange lady then send me email then referring FDCPA. I know there is a lack of education in America, but you're calling to Canada! FDCPA is th U.S. Law. Learn the collection law of Canada before start calling to foreign states.

Ryan and Bob were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone that is having an issue collecting outstanding debt.
