I simply want to say that from the time that Mr. Herbert made that phone call to me he has been nothing but a pleasant, kind, and patient person to whom I'm so grateful to have worked with I started out with one, but I'm so glad that I ended up with him I would recommend him to anyone who needed legal counsel. Thank you so much Mr. Herbert, keep doing what you do because you are a wonderful person to work with.

Zach is just a really great guy, he is down to earth and very personable. He was very professional and understanding to our situation. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. I would recommend Zach to everyone.

I was referred over from the original law to firm to Herbert. Although they were able to settle the case it was at a very very low payout. They completely disregarded my child and "lost their paperwork" in the transition from the first law firm. Staff was extremely rude. There was an overwhelming amount of surprise fees and charges that were not in the original contract, and no effort was made from Herbert to clarify those additional fess from the original contract. My attorney Kaitlyn wouldn't attempt to update her manager about the concerns either

Zack Herbert is the best with your case no matter big or small it’s my 2nd time using him from a case in 2016 was small but was important to zack. And now Herbert law group just settled a commercial settlement even faster today 2022. Very satisfied with Herbert law group.
