Everyone was very pleasant and if I had a question they were quick to answer.
Only thing is it took years for my case to be completed and I felt it could have been completed sooner..but I understand it wasnt their fault..it was COVID. So I am giving them a 5 because communication was great and they were always friendly. Also, we won. I thank them for everything .

I started out elsewhere...but to make a long story short, the moment Zachary took over my case things went smoother and more efficient. The communication was something to talk about... he's a texter!
