I spoke to Mr. Eaker just this morning. I felt heard and he was direct and honest with me. He gave me sound advice and if I should need a lawyer in the future he would be the one I call.

In May 2022, I was surprisingly being sued for a man who claimed a 20 yr common law marriage with me. My search for an attorney was even more difficult trying to find someone experienced in proving Non common law marriages. I spoke to a dozen attorneys. Mr. Ecker was far most the most pleasant, real, detailed and spent an hour on the phone with me making me laugh and feel that he and joyed the challenge of these difficult cases, free!!! I sincerely felt Mr. Eaker loves his career unlike other Scam, lying Attorney’s that condescendingly give you the time of day after $500 deposit. Disclosure: Mr. Eaker Commonly may charge for consultations however it was a blessing just to get him at a perfect time and very well well worth the conversation. Highly Recommend Mr. Eaker

David was recommended to me before I even needed him so I knew I would be using David if/when I ever needed an attorney. I highly recommend David Eaker and his law firm. From the very beginning, he was true to his word. He did exactly as he said he would, and he got my divorce taken care of as efficiently as one could hope. I remember one of the very first conversations I had with him, and how he told me to go live my life and he will take care of the legal side. He meant it, because that’s exactly what he did. He wouldn’t give play-by-play, so to speak, in real time throughout my divorce. However, when I would speak with him, I’d learn how he went over and beyond just to make sure all of our bases were covered. I was extremely impressed to say the least. I really appreciated the fact that he was always cautiously optimistic. Sure, everyone wants to feel as though they’ve ‘WON’ in a divorce, but he kept me grounded and put everything into perspective. I too appreciated how he would collaborate everything with Megan, his paralegal. It was very evident how much they both really care.
