David is caring and intelligent. He is very well versed in family law. His firm is wonderful. I have never dealt with a more caring attorney. He is a father and really does care about each and every case! How can you go wrong with smart, knows his stuff AND caring/attentive? You can't!

I have known Mr, David Eaker for several years now as well as several other Attorneys and found that of all the attorneys I've hired, Mr Eakers takes every case more seriously than any I've used as if it's his case. I've used him to correct a case that was mishandled by other Christian attorneys and he was not only able to correct them swiftly, he even reversed a losing case in my favor with family that are now able heal from a stressful and hostile environment. My Grandchildren I love very dearly, He helped bring closure to a case where the system itself almost failed and two children that were almost lost! The courts failed us, the other Attorneys Failed us, Mr Eaker upon reviewing the case corrected every error in 48 hours! There are no words to described what he means to our family! Fantastic work from David he understands the emotional state of mind when dealing with child custody cases and divorce. I am very impressed and happy with the way David handled my post divorce situation. Having had well known attorney's on both sides of the divorce only to find out that their work was shady at best and unenforceable in the court. I had to hire another attorney. I found and chose David Eaker. He not only knows all of the legalities of family law but he also has a knack for negotiating all of the intricate details of a divorce. David's presentation of my case in front of the court was skillfully done. He followed up by competently completing all documents necessary for a fully enforceable decree. David also has a flat fee for his services, which in my opinion is the way to go.

Mr. Eaker went above and beyond to discuss my case and my options. I called and left him a message and he called me soon there after and was courteous and explained everything to me.

Mr Eaker was an excellent appeals attorney. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and completely informed of everything going on. He helped me to better understand the processes and laws as they pertained to my particular case. He kept me well informed of situations before and as they arose, while providing outstanding representation. Mr Eaker's extensive knowledge of the law and willingness to go out of his way for his clients is a characteristic I personally found hard to find in attorneys. I would definitely recommend David as your appeals attorney. In fact, the only issue I have is that I cant retain him for my return to trial.

David Eaker has been such a huge help to me in dealing with the issues that have come up post divorce. Best decision I made was using David Eaker as my attorney for a recent child custody issue. He is trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and straight to the point. He kept my childs best interest at the heart of the matter which was very important to myself and my son. His paralegal Megan is great too!
