Daniel Mehler is the best cannabis lawyer on the planet. His Master's in Cannabis Science definitely played into our family member's case. The rural county in East Texas was trying to put him in jail for 10-20 years. Daniel was able to prove that the edibles in his possession met the legal definition of hemp and this allowed for him to receive only 2 years deferred adjudication. Don't trust your life or those close to you to anyone but Daniel. Our family knows you won't regret it.
