There is no debate, Daniel is the best Cannabis attorney in Texas. Seriously he will make any prosecutor look foolish when it comes to law, especially cannabis law. I recommend him for anything that has to do with court or criminal law.

Thank you so much for the work y’all did in my case. DUI THROWN OUT, and I wasn’t even driving the vehicle. Clarissa the office manager always kept me calm and in the loop. I was a father seeking custody and the right to be the primary parent. Mr. Cepeda was professional throughout my entire case. He was very understanding and gave me great advice, even when I was ready to give up. He kept me motivated and promised me custody of my son. I was attacked by a dog in feb at an rv park , I hired this firm , after many weeks of emailing and calling and rarely got a return message , then I received an email stating they were withdrawing from representing me because they found the insurance the rv park had but no policy number , I’m taking it they thought they wouldn’t get much money , very sorry customer service ,
