Comfortable and trustworthy. Excellent communication.

I had two cases against me that were for one reason but that did not matter when it came to this firm. Prior to this firm I had another attorney from a different firm that recommended me to use Hoelscher Law Firm. When an established attorney recommends another firm that says something on its own. Charles Peters takes his work/client(s) with pride and fought for me throughout a really long process that he could of just thrown the towel in and given up. Charles DID NOT throw in the towel but continued to fight for me on my cases and came out on top. Both were dismissed on a day after of him getting zero sleep the night prior because new evidence came the evening before my hearing. Right by his side is Clarissa who answered every phone call that she could and the ones she didn't, she would send you text stating that she would call me back within the next hour. Never took an hour to go by before she was calling me back. I even spoke to her twice on the day of her wedding. So if that doesn’t speak for this firm either then I don’t know what would. They are a must use and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was lied to and taken advantage of by this company they didn't care anything about helping us it was clear they were only in it for the money they could make off of our terrible misfortune. Elliot never answers his phone nor does he return any calls. I would suggest looking for a firm that actually cares for it's clients and that in my experience is not this firm.

Absolutely the worst law firm never return calls. Don't call or update the client my case manager hung up on very rude and not concerned about my case very poor services i would not recommend them to anyone.... I thought they are suppose to care about the client but they only care about making easy money not the client or the suffering you go threw.

I made a payment for a friend. Please don't anyone think I'm going through a divorce. I couldn't afford to be alone in this cruel cruel world

Was a pleasure working with Daniel and his firm they were quick, efficient, and most of all caring about our case. 10/10 will be using their services again.

The best lawyer in Texas

I am writing this review because it’s only right to give credit when it’s due! This firm by all means did a excellent job. In the beginning I was skeptical due to previous insufficient attorneys handling of my cases. After carefully reviewing everything I noticed these guys are awesome. I admit I was somewhat difficult in the last stages of my case, which is normal in people that don’t practice law. Makayla Dominguez and lily, Mark and Matt are hard working lawyers that will fight for you. All I can say from my experience is just trust them and they won’t disappoint you. I do apologize to the staff for not giving them appropriate trust and I can assure you they handled my case very well. It took less then 6 months for my case to settle with the MAX compensation awarded. I hired this firm off the reviews they have over the years, and I’m glad I did. To the whole McCormick Firm I thank you guys for everything, and in the future I will refer anyone that needs a good team of lawyers. I am starting to believe that the FEW people that gave negative reviews aren’t actually being truthful about them. From the bottom of my heart I thank Makayla Dominguez, Lily, Mark Cagney, and the entire Staff.
