The phone call that you don't ever want to make.. The entire staff Maloney Law group were incredibly sensitive to our issue and treated us like family. Erica was never more than a phone call away, not once were we made to feel like we were taking up her time. Claudette was equally as available, every phone call and text were responded to in a timely manner. The line of communication between our family and the firm was never severed and as a family we never felt alone in our fight. From the first phone Erica and the team in her office were there for us and we will be forever grateful. Thank you..

You know what the bible says about lawyers? Nothing good. Maloney Law Group advertises "free initial consultation", except contrary to what one might expect, this "free initial consultation" is not with an attorney, it's over the phone, with a secretary named "Angel". Isn't that ironic, call a law office and talk to an "Angel", I guess that's supposed to make you feel good. So they turned down my slam dunk case of medical malpractice, and understanding what I know about lawyers, I can only imagine that they were not going to get rich off of my simple broken wrist malpractice lawsuit. But then I read a review about a lady with back problems, her case seems to be a slam dunk also.. I dunno.... Just seems like a free initial consultation should be with a lawyer, at least a junior lawyer. I just wonder how much of my information got lost "in translation"???
