I have been discussing a malpractice suit with this law firm for about a year. They told me if I get a new diagnosis they will take my case. Well, I did get a new diagnosis. I was misdiagnosis completely, I don't have a tumor or anything wrong with my spine. The second part to this lawsuit is I have permanent nerve damage caused by Dr. Antonio Webb, who misdiagnosis me, sent me to a radiologist, Dr. Clemmons of STRIC Radiology, who without any orders injected some sort of steroid (he remembers doing it, just not what steroid he used) into my spine which is the direct result of my permanent nerve damage. Now I have to have surgery to put a Spinal Cord Stimulator into my spine (surgery I never would have needed because other than the never damage now my back is perfect). After the shot I couldn't walk, stand up, or stand for long periods of time for 3 months, my legs still feel like weights I'm dragging around and they are numb, and I cannot do the activities I used to do and loved (i.e. hike, run, dance, most importantly play with my grandchildren). I'm having cognitive issues with memory loss, difficulty concentrating, and focus, I almost failed out of college and I'm barely hanging on, and the pain is excruciating. Before I was only taking estradiol and progesterone and now I'm on gabepentin, meloxicam, and due to the emotional Rollercoaster I'm now on as a direct result of this injection I'm on a mood stabilizer. My life has been turned upside down and inside out all because I trusted my doctors. I know the statuses of limitations is coming up soon, however, I did begin the process of this lawsuit a year ago AND the documents only have to be filed by January 23rd, 2023. I know they have enough time to pursue this. I wish they would honor their words when they said if I get a new diagnosis they will take my case. The photos I included are my three granddaughters, who I'm currently taking care of for my daughter who is struggling with addiction. I'm all they have and I can't do much because of this incident that occurred January 24th 2021.
