Update" Review went from 2 stars to 1 star. This is an actual nightmare. I'm out of money and no one has even filed my bankruptcy. You speak to so many different people, nobody knows what's going on. My case is delayed but yet the company cannot tell me why. I am so far disappointed in the process of filing bankruptcy. There are so many different hands that touch your file that things can and will get missed. You really have to make sure you are double checking their work and following up often. I wish I had known this. I have spoke to approximately 7 people that have all done something to my file. My name is incorrect, my income is incorrect, my debt is incorrect, bank account information is incorrect. No matter how many people I speak to, the information never get to the right person to make the changes. I've filled out paperwork showing ALL of my debt even those that are not on my credit report yet it never found itself to my petition for bankruptcy. This is a nightmare.

Jaqueline has been so helpful and made the process simple. I have been drowning and unsure of what to do, so glad I found your firm!
