Overall, my experience was positive. I was well informed and feel confident about the next steps in the process. Jacqueline was very thorough. However, I felt that each time I asked a question, I was interrupted. Listening to customers without talking over them is crucial. Additionally, parts of the conversation felt rushed. While this information may be familiar to the professional, it is new to most customers, and I would have appreciated not being interrupted when asking questions. Despite this, I believe things went well and am hopeful about the outcome. Thanks!
