EDIT: Would not recommend. I received horrible representation. Communication is lacking. I never once spoke to a lawyer or paralegal throughout my entire process, nor was that even an option despite me requesting to speak to a lawyer or paralegal. All the legal representation I received was through assistants and clerks. For months I reached out through the law firm's email (the only way you are able to communicate to them through) and expressed concern regarding my specific case and I would only get a replay from a clerk saying "I've passed this on to the paralegal" but received no follow up and the concern that I brought up was never addressed or corrected. I was given incorrect legal representation which led to negative financial consequences--which would have completely avoided if there was actual legal representation. If you go with this firm for you bankruptcy, you are on an assembly line of case filing. I don't believe anyone actually reviews your case or puts any care. All the positive reviews are only from the consultation process and is completely misleading. When I read reviews, I assumed people were giving positive reviews based on their entire process with this firm. That's definitely not the case. My advice would be to stay away from any large law firm, like this one, and work with someone who is local to you who would actually represent you and give you correct legal advice. Original Review: I was very nervous to reach out about bankruptcy, but Jacqueline made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Never felt pressured or insecure about my situation.
