Very patient to obtain the estate planning the way we wanted it to be. Not a cookie cutter plan.

It's been about 2 years since we first spoke with Mr. Marquardt, his exact words to us were, "it normally takes about 3months to process an estate case", we are going on two years and we've yet to see Mr. Marquardt again. From the start until now, we are going on our 4th or 5th person that has talked to us about the case. They said the delays were due to Covid, then that it was court delays yet they keep sending bills. At one time, we had a meeting scheduled, we showed up (3 of us) on time and we were told that there was a delay because an unexpected client from out of state showed up. Since they had an unexpected client show up they moved us to a tiny room on the right side right before the main entrance. It was so small that only one person at time could enter and exit the room due to the table in the room limiting access. This is the first time that any of the 3 of us have dealt with an estate case, so we are a bit frustrated with the misinformation and what seem to be excuses. We have complied with every request they have requested. Hopefully the case with be done with sooner than later.

When I first reached out to the Marquardt Law Firm for estate planning, Lauren got me started with some paperwork and a phone call with attorney, Mr Palmer. Juan was my go-between to the attorney initially. He was great communicating with me and getting me scheduled for my office visit. Then my signing day came. Mr Palmer was prepared and had my questions answered before I even had to ask them. He anticipated some scenarios that I might consider, and I felt very comfortable with his suggestions. We also had conversation about some rather difficult situations. I trust him 100% and feel I’ve been very well advised.
