Daniel Palmer with Marquardt Law Firm did a phenomenal job with my estate planning. People often put off estate planning because they don't realize how beneficial it is or they feel it may be costly and confusing. Mr. Palmer worked diligently on my Living Trust. He was kind and thoughtful through out the process. Let's be honest, none of us really like to think about our own mortality or the possibility of being unable to make decisions for ourselves. Mr. Palmer handled my case with grace. He gave me the best gift this holiday season, and that is peace of mind knowing I have a plan in place.

Moving to San Antonio from California, we needed to update our Living Will and Trust to Texas law. Mr. Marquardt listened to all our needs, answered our questions and made suggestions for improvement. All of our concerns were addressed and amended to fit our needs. We now have an updated and modified will/trust document that meets our desired needs. All of the necessary revisions were done in an extremely timely manner. We found the Marquardt law firm’s service rate was very reasonable.
