After my brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly without a will, my wife and her parents spent a lot of time trying to locate assets and ultimately trying to settle his affairs. This was not something I'd wish on my loved ones (especially after a tragedy), so we decided to put our will in place. We engaged Marquardt Law Firm, P.C. and were pleasantly surprised at how simple the process was, being guided every step of the way. The attorneys and staff were courteous, professional, and (most importantly) helpful. Contemplating our mortality isn't easy, but I really appreciated the perspective and counsel that was provided along the way. I have recommended this firm to my friends and family because I trust the service and was very pleased with the results.

Avoid this firm!! The only thing they will do for you is send you invoices! I retained them and for 9 months they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. I FIRED them! AVOID AVOID AVOID! They won’t take your phone calls, they will stand you up for scheduled meetings, then they will CHARGE you for COMPLAINING!! They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL law firm I have ever dealt with! Save yourself money and headaches, find a good firm.

Chat rep probably misunderstood or made some assumptions about my ability to pay. As a result I received a voicemail the next day stating that they cannot take my case & referred me to the San Antonio bar association... Guess I'll take my business elsewhere

We completely redid our wills and had trusts drawn up. They did a very thorough job with all of it, and the attorney was very good about explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Marquardt Law Firm!
