From my first phone call to the end of the services, I was informed every step of the way. All paperwork needed to complete was sent immediately so I did not have to rush. From the receptionist , paralegals and lawyer...all were excellent what they did! The lawyer took time to explain how the law impacted my wishes and my goals. Don't waste time and money for estate planning with this firm. Incompetent staff and would not refund our money after not providing the level of service we "thought we were getting" for the high fees Mr Todd Marquardt charges.
