I finally got my much needed estate plan at the Marquardt Law Firm. My lawyer Daniel J. Palmer Esq. and his legal assistant Marelyn Jurado were very professional and explained the process of completing the forms in simple easily understandable language insuring my decisions will be followed in my passing.

Daniel was awesome. He provided top-notch legal assistance that was beyond what I would have ever expected at a fair and reasonable price. Daniel leveraged his legal experience as well as knowledge about current laws and policies and how they may impact my situation now and in the future. Creating an Estate Plan. Professional, friendly and patient. Communication from the very 1st contact was friendly and concise. I first spoke with Legal Assistant Marelyn who provided clear expectations from timeline to availability. Call back times were great. Clarifications to questions laid out well via email. At signing ( I visited their Huebner office ) I met with partner Daniel Palmer. Mr. Palmer patiently clarified any questions I had and offered options and examples when available. Very professional from our first meeting until completion of required documents. All materials were reviewed and revised with expert advice in order to ensure there were no lingering questions. Daniel Palmer helped with our estate planning. He provided a good overview in the initial call and was available for a follow up call prior to our in person meeting to finalize and sign the documents. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to others. We dropped one star due to the support staff. They missed a couple of key details. Although they worked to resolve the issue better attention to detail would have avoided the confusion.

Daniel and Marelyn were great to work with for our estate planning. I selected them through our MetLife plan options, and based on the reviews I read. It was easy to make our initial consultation which was via phone. Then, after discussing what we needed and providing all the necessary information, we met in person to review and sign the documents. Marelyn was helpful in ensuring we had all the details needed prior to our appointment. Daniel explained all the paperwork thoroughly and clearly. He was very personable and genuine. Our appointment ran smoothly and we were encouraged to reach out with any additional questions/concerns. We would highly recommend Daniel and Marelyn, and it is priceless to know everything is in order should something happen to us!
