Great experience working with Mr. Daniel Palmer and Marilyn Jurado. Very professional, easy to work with, answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided excellent advice and service. Will & power of attorney service was great.

We went to Marquardt Law Firm to get our California family trust updated to reflect Texas laws now that we have settled here for the duration. We worked with Daniel Palmer, ably assisted by Marelyn Jurado, and they provided us a very professional and complete revised trust for our approval. It had every change we wanted and while the review was long, it was complete and Daniel answered all our questions. He even identified the holes in our existing trust that we never would have thought of so we now have a more secure trust. Marelyn was a joy to work with and helped us understand the signing process and make it smooth. The office staff is great, quick to respond when called or emailed. We highly recommend Dan, Marelyn and Marquardt for any assistance you need with an existing trust or a new one.

Daniel Palmer made our Estate Planning exceptionally pleasant. We were graciously advised of a variety of options involved in Estate planning but not overwhelmed.
