Craig Allen Noack's Law Firm, PLLC, while doing their legal work poorly, hacked my Cash App account Fraudulently and changed my personal info, depriving me of my funds and access to my account. Shortly thereafter they stole my funds and illegally. I have attempted to resolve the issue with the organization, and they have refused to talk to me or allow me to enter their office. A representative by the name of Janielle refused to talk and told her Admin. secretary to not give me any information. Beware, do you research prior to seeking legal representation from this organization of thieves.

I recently engaged Mr. Russell Amsberry to prepare estate planning documents for my parents after learning that theirs were outdated. We wanted to address financial as well as medical needs. Russell was approachable and empathetic in addressing all our concerns and questions. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to communicate were a winning combination in earning our trust and confidence. He was understanding, even when answering the same question a few times. Russell was able to thoroughly explain complex legal language in a manner that was easily understood and not scary or overpowering. Though I thought we had thought of everything in preparation for our initial discussion, he made several suggestions that improved the end result considerably. Russell also took the time to explain how the documents should be stored and how to utilize them in the future. At the time of the documents signing, we were dealing with a medical issue that limited mobility. Russell and his staff graciously came to us so we didn’t have to wait to sign and notarize these important documents. I remain so very thankful for his flexibility and understanding of our situation. I am confident in Russell’s work and highly recommend him for all your estate planning needs. He took the "scary" out of making these arrangements and made it into a simple conversation. The peace of mind we gained by having these documents in place is immeasurable.

Mr. Amsberry and his staff were amazing. They came in the middle of a disaster in my custody case and were there every step of the way. All calls, emails, and texts were answered timely. 5 stars ⭐️ After several months of the court systems bureaucracy, to which it nearly cost us our future. Mr. Amsberry was the answer to our prayers… He not only took the time out of his busy schedule to see me, but he patiently listened, really listen about my issues. Mr Amsberry then confidently reassured me that he would take care of my issues. A few days later, my issues were resolved, by Mr Amsberry. This was beyond our expectations, he is truly an amazing lawyer and a man of his word. I highly recommend the Amsberry Law firm to anyone that needs a law firm who really listens to you and immediately takes action.
