I was actually refered by here by the legal ease program, this was the 5th lawyer they've referred me to as the first stopped communicating with me and the 3 others were actually no longer with the program. Unfortunately Russel wasn't able to take my case due to losing a staff member and issues with malware affecting computers. Looks like we both lucked out. I actually think he'd be a great fit for those looking for a family lawyer, I was really excited when they referred me, as looking at the website and other reviews he seems to be terrific at what he dose. Obviously I didn't actually get to experience his law services so that's the 2 stars, but he was kind and friendly during the few times we spoke definitely recommend him just on that alone as the other lawyers I've spoken with were definitely not as kind just seemed annoyed with me.😅

Mr. Amsberry showed the upmost kindness and respect form my grandmother. He took his time with my grandmother to explain everything to her. I cannot thank Mr. Amsberry enough for all he did. I would recommend to anyone looking for estate planning.

I would not recommend at at all. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to by Russell Amsberry on a follow up call to schedule an appointment for consultation. Russell Amsberry's demanor was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Russell Amsberry was not interested to me as an individual did not address me by name, also he sounded in a hurry asking if I wanted his services or not. Mentioning that he has hundreds of clients waiting for him. Russell Amsberry may have had a long day since he called late evening, however that is not an excuse for being so unprofessional. Russell Amsberry did not just lose me as a client, he lost many others because this is a case with a street full of neighbors I would have recommend which now I will not. The Amsberry law firm was able to engage quickly and on the weekend in order to care for my families needs. Mr. Amsberry is very knowledgeable and worked with my family on both a complicated Guardianship case and Probating my Grandparents will. Thank you for your hard work and a job well done.

I have Met life legal plan and was referred by my insurance. I gave them all the details and called them 4 times each time got someone to leave a message but but got no call back from an attorney. Forget free consultation they don't even have the courtesy to respond back. I guess they are not interested if it's too small of a case and/or representing someone from the minority.
