We've all heard the jokes, among them, Shakespeare's famous line, "First we kill all the lawyers." But I met the real deal today. I mean I actually parted with my hard earned dollars to retain him. And Roy Rolong was worth every penny and more! I sat in a court room with over a hundred other defendant's, in my case waiting for a judge to rule on a case that i believed had no validity. But men have been hung on bad charges. And I watched nervously as lawyers and clerks milled around, crowding the front of the courtroom. For twenty minutes I watched my attorney stand next to the prosecutor, dominating his time, like a bulldog worrying a bone, making my case. What did I do? I merely said "Present," when the bailiff called my name. And before the judge entered the courtroom to begin the hearings, Roy walked up the aisle, beckoned to me, and said, "Your case has been dismissed." And when I asked about court fees, he told me there were none. I have never been in court before this, and hope never to be again. But if I am, I want Roy Rolong to represent me!

This past October I was charged with a class b misdemeanor for racing in the highway for what was a very big misunderstanding. I’m not a US citizen so me and my family were extremely worried about the case and completely lost on where to begin to look at. Immediately after we got back to our feet we started looking at options of the best lawyer to protect our rights and the ones that had experience with similar cases for what I was charged for. We talked with several attorneys, from the most expensive ones to the cheaper ones and although some of the lawyers were knowledgeable about the process and the system, none of them hit home with me by treating me and my family they way we expected to be treated. We wanted someone that from the get go would be able to go the extra mile for us and that was willing to address our concerns and give a realistic picture of what was going on but making reasonable comments about the case. At times like this all we need is help and to feel comprehended by those which are supposed to fight for us. He did all that and more. Right after we signed the contract with him he sent me a laundry list of things I had to do immediately to get the ball rolling and get an early dismissal. I worked on the documentation and he was right on top of it. Within less than 1 month my case was dismissed to a situation that to me was going to take a year to be resolved. Open to discuss and talk, I have no doubt that my case was dismissed so fast and so easily by his hands on approach and willingness to make it happen. If you are scared, need someone that knows what he is doing and will do everything in his power to help you, James is the best option. We talked to more than 5 offices before closing with James and he wasn’t the more expensive option. Sometimes people associate expensive with better. Not the case with James. Roy's service was exceptional not because he was very professional; Or because the whole process was so simple and seamless with him but because when I went to the wrong court, he went out of his way to find me, excuse me with the judge for being late, and then brought me back to the right place and got my case dismissed right away. If you want to solve your case very quickly reach him out. He is so professional and knows his job. I reached out to a few attorney before him and no one could help me.
