Last month I received a class C theft citation, it was going to go on my record and I was really wanting to avoid that. When I went to my consultation, James made me feel comfortable, was very professional, and answered all my questions. He also made it clear that I had nothing to worry about and everything was going to be fine. James was very polite throughout the whole process and when I hired him, he spoke to the prosecutor very quickly and worked something out for me. We took care of the requirements and went to court to get my ticket dismissed and will be getting it expunged. He took care of my situation extremely well and everything was smooth. I definitely recommend him!

When I found myself in need of a criminal attorney, I truly did not know where to start. I decided to do multiple free consultations. James immediately stood out. In my gut I felt more at ease with him than any of the other lawyers I met with. He was genuine and honest. Just to give you an idea, some of the other guys I met with were using scare tactics to try and pressure me into making a decision on the spot. In hindsight, I am so glad I didn’t buckle under the pressure and hire one of the other guys. Upon hiring James as my lawyer he immediately got to work and was proactive about tackling my “issue”. I didn’t even know that dismissal may be an option. I will forever be grateful to him for getting my case dismissed. I was never unable to reach James at any point over the past month. More often than not he initiated the communication and kept me informed or just reassured. I will not hesitate in the future to use James again (let’s hope I don’t need to) or to recommend him to someone else.
