I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for my case!!!! Was super professional from our first conversation to our last and never made any sort of promise to get my hopes up, and at the end of everything, he still got both of my cases dismissed and he did it quicker than I imagined. Would not hesitate to contact him if I have any issues in the future!!!!!

I was recommended by a friend who stood behind Mr. Rubin as being an attorney who could help us. My friend is also an attorney. That says a lot! I was recommended to James by an attorney friend to deal with a traffic citation. I expected a long wait and legal jargon. James answered my txt within a very short time. We discussed the issue at length. He asked me to send my documentation which I did quickly. Imagine my surprise when I got a response the very next morning, before noon!, with the issue resolved. In 50+ years in business, I have never received service like this. I unhesitatingly recommend James Rubin to anyone with a legal issue!

I was referred to Mr. Rubin by another attorney to deal with a City of Houston DOT ticket. He was very responsive, professional, and explained what he would be doing during the whole process. I was never left in the dark and always knew what to expect from the cost to the process he would be taking to get the ticket dismissed. Always available morning, noon and night if we needed to communicate with him. Stayed in contact regularly. Went above and beyond to gather evidence and speak/meet with prosecutors. The case did not go before a jury or judge and deal was worked out with prosecutor to dismiss charges contingent with completing a program. Had my husband been convicted, he was facing serious jail time. We were satisfied with the end result. Retainer fee was very reasonable and unlike many attorneys, he did not charge for small fees such as for copies, faxes, calls made etc.
