I had a ticket I honestly forgot about that turned into a nightmare. I'm a Veteran, and was homeless at the time. Mr. Rubin took charge of my case, and had it resolved faster than I could imagine. He worked with me on payment, and treated me like I was his only client. I cannot recommend Mr. Rubin any more highly. James Rubin assisted me in obtaining an Occupational Drivers License in Harris County after my drivers licence was suspended. I had attempted to acquire one myself without legal aid and was unsuccessful and very frustrated with the process. I was referred to Mr. Rubin by a family member and he was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire task. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the law and procedures involved with obtaining an ODL and explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood all that was required and what to expect at each stage. What took me months trying on my own, Mr. Rubin was able to accomplish the task in a fraction of the time and without any exasperation on my part. James truly seems to care and made himself available to answer any and all questions I had. He is a fair and genuine individual and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

We retained Mr. Rubin's services to help with a serious ticket. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was very thorough. This was a last minute decision days before having to appear in court. He was able to get the ticket dismissed. It was one of the best decisions - for peace of mind and to know and feel that someone is on your side. He was very easy to reach and was always very quick to respond. INTEGRITY As an older adult with a Class A CDL and a clean driving history, I recently found myself in a stressful situation with back to back tickets and my first ever accident. Mr. Rubin did a wonderful job representing me on a traffic violation. He communicated frequently with me throughout the entire process which I found helpful and reassuring.
