Excellent attorney. Ms.Redmond was very involved and kept me informed during the entire process. Her detailed instructions and information were invaluable. Parole was granted on the first review. I would highly recommend her. The staff that answers the phone was always helpful and generous with their time. I never felt rushed or put off. Overall a very good experience.

Very disappointing to work with this law office. My brother is in prison and has not gone through GRAD. This makes getting parole incredibly difficult. We've known this since the beginning. When this office reached out to us, we spoke to them specifically about this. The paralegal guaranteed us that because of the % of sentence served, they would have a great chance at getting him parole. We decided to go for it and paid them the thousands they asked for. Fast forward, my brother was denied parole because he hasn't been through GRAD. When we spoke to the lawyer, she said that not going through GRAD is problematic and he never had a very good chance. We brought up the fact that we told them this upfront and were assured to the opposite to which the lawyer told us she had no idea about this. They either have incompetent staff or are liars preying on desperate people. Either way, do not hire this attorney and, if you do, record every conversation.
