I have been working with Lori Redmond for 2 years, I understood that my husband would more than likely be denied his 1st review. We are now coming up on his 2nd (technically his 3rd) review. Angie has always been so kind and helpful every time I’ve spoken with her, HOWEVER today I called and William answered the phone , he was so extremely rude and not willing to help me whatsoever!!! This was the first time I have had a terrible experience with this office. William should not ever answer the phones if this is the customer service attitude he has!!! Extremely unprofessional and so rude !!!
