Worst law firm in the Woodlands, Texas !!!Completely incompetent and no true guidance. They wasted 8 months dragging things out which made them more money!!! Lost hundreds of thousands due to their incompetence. Staff and Lawyers change here OFTEN. Went through 3 lawyers in my time with them! DO NOT use them!!! This is recent 2022-2023.

I have known Ruby for several years and have seen her work. She is a dedicated, tenacious lawyer who carefully assesses the best strategy for her clients. You won’t go wrong with her.

Kevin, Dana, and Ruby are very professional and friendly. The legal process of divorce is very confusing to someone like me who has never studied law or needed a lawyer previously. They have been very knowledgeable in addressing my questions and concerns.

Very unpleased with the 1 hour attorney advice I received. I paid almost $400 for this attorney to pretty much tell me there was nothing she could do to help me out even though I wasn’t receiving anything I am promised in my order. She wasn’t compassionate of my feelings or concerned of the safety of my child. Which really made me mad. She pretty much told me it’s my sole responsibility to care for my child under my roof along with under his dads roof if and when he starts going over there. Which it shouldn’t be. It should be 50/50. She also made other comments that didn’t sit well with me and made me very frustrated. It was definitely a waste of time and $400 which I could have kept in my savings for my child. But I thought this law firm was going to be able to help me so I took a chance, but nope I was wrong. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Overall horrible experience with this firm. Was absolutely taken advantage of. Just returned from deployment overseas and was fighting for custody and all they cared about was the money. Paid $15k and got nothing out of it. Was told I had a great case and then was told to settle in mediation for standard rights. Was charged $700 every month for them to call me and tell me there were no updates on my case. Charged me to draft my decree and then to edit it when they messed it up, and now want to charge to redo it all just because they failed to finish it. After mediation they still didn't complete my case and want thousands more just to finish it. Paid a lot of money for no updates to my case and for it not to be finished just to be told I need to pay thousands more to finish it. Its all about the money for them and they could careless about the actual case. Find a better attorney that will actually fight and not just fight you for more money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that actually cares about their kids.
