Bolton Law is the absolute best with emergency custody situations. They were able to help me during the holiday season and take quick action to keep my children safe. My attorney and legal team moved quickly and I will always appreciate the level of communication and care they gave me during this emergency. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a strong attorney in a high conflict custody situation.

Told them I was unavailable between 8-5 due to work and even offered to pay for after hours and was denied then when my “deposit” ran out and I told them I would have it the following week and asked to talk to my lawyer. Kept getting told she was busy and would return my call and never returned my call. Also was told that calls cost but emails didn’t at the beginning and then charged over $500 in emails alone. Would not recommend for the hard working single parent unless your hours are flexible to them not flexible to those that work your normal 9-5 or in my case 8-5. Now having to find a new lawyer due to this inconvenience and out $7000 because they say one thing then do the other and withdrawn from my case.

I am so glad that I found the team at Bolton Law. They were patient and took time to explain to me what was going on with my case. We were always one step ahead of my ex's legal team. My lawyer explained everything that would happen at our hearing and we did so well at temporary orders that my ex quit fighting me and we were able to reach a good agreement without ever having to go to trial.
