I had to file chapter 7 bk which was very humbling for me to do. Clint made me feel comfortable, explained how the whole process worked and even offered advice about how to re-establish your credit afterwards. He was good at communicating what information was needed and following up for me. Never once was I made to feel ashamed of the whole process, which I was. I would recommend him without reservation.

I was quite impressed with Ms. Longs take charge approach. She took the time to get all the facts and details and go after what I was entitled to. As a small business owner, I've put off needing an attorney for as long as possible. I was referred to Matt by another business owner and I couldn't be happier with the work he did for me. He made filing an LLC incredibly easy and even helped me figure out the best structure for my business based on my current and future needs. He also drew up a contractor agreement that addressed additional issues I hadn't even considered and added a significant amount of protection for me and my business.

I initially contacted Parker to discuss how best to protect my aging parents’ financial assets. He not only skillfully established our family Preservation Trust, but also reworked and strengthened their wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. With the help of Parker’s referrals, my father now receives VA disability benefits and has a guaranteed income through various annuities. And as mother’s health deteriorated, he worked very closely (and patiently, I might add) with me to move her on to Medicaid. That process was extremely complicated and stressful, and without his knowledge and expert guidance, I’m not sure we ultimately would have been successful. Today he continues to assist my father with other eldercare related needs.
Parker is an excellent principled attorney. I trust him implicitly. He is also a truly kind and caring person. I am extremely grateful for everything he has done for my family. I highly recommend him without reservation to anyone needing an eldercare attorney.

My husband and I first worked with Ben Conner years ago. Before we met Ben, the idea of developing a Trust, Wills and other legal documents was overwhelming. Ben explained how he works through the process of preparing the right documents for his clients and why each document adds the protections his clients need. He put our minds at ease as he answered every question thoroughly and patiently, in language and with examples, that someone without a law degree could understand. Ben listened to our needs and concerns, then discussed our options. Ben used his many years of experience practicing estate law, to include protections we had not known about. He made sure we were educated on and understood estate law as it would impact us, so we could make well informed decisions. As with our Trust, Ben guided us through decisions for our Living Wills and Medical Powers of Attorney documents. Making end-of-life decisions for our documents was uncomfortable, difficult, and daunting and Ben made sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision.
This past year, my husband unexpectedly became terminally ill. I learned how important and complete each document Ben had prepared was. My husband’s Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will provided his final wishes, directives and care decisions. The head of the hospital’s Pallative and Hospice Care Department commented that these documents were the best written and most complete she had ever seen. Knowing my husband’s wishes, allowed me to get through the most difficult day of my life. Because we had followed Ben’s recommendation to title our assets into the Trust, I was saved an incredible amount of time, frustration and money after my husband passed. When we worked with Ben many years ago to write our documents, I never could have imagined how important they were going to be.
I am now updating my Trust and other documents with Ben. As before, his knowledge of estate law is comprehensive and his approach, leadership, compassion and caring make me confident my updated documents will again be exceptional legal work. I chose Ben to update my own documents due to my trust in his ability, the respect I have for his work and my personal experience of needing the full scope of Ben’s excellent documents. I would highly recommend Ben Connor to everyone. In fact, I recommended Ben to my sister who is currently working with him on her Trust and important documents.

I'll admit that I felt a little reluctant to let Randy handle my case. He's very young and I was concerned that a lack of experience would hurt me. I needed a lawyer that could make sure the ethics issues related to my bar admission wouldn't stand in my way. And I thought Randy might not be the person to handle it.
All of my concerns were unfounded. Randy was the perfect lawyer for me. I have no complaints whatsoever and have nothing but good things to say. I gave a 5 star review, so obviously, he handled the legal aspects appropriately. But more than that, Randy recognized that being a lawyer requires something that doctors would call "bedside manner." Each case may just be a case to a lawyer, but to the client, it's their life. And he made it seem like my case was as important to him as it was to me.
I can look back now and admit that there were times I behaved unreasonably or irrationally. This case was a big deal to me, and it elicited big emotions. Randy did an incredible job of making me feel like my response wasn't absurd, while also directing me toward behavior that was more helpful to my situation.
I'm a lawyer now, in part, due to Randy Tesser's efforts. And I can tell you that it's rare that a lawyer is so capable of commiserating with his client, while also pushing them appropriately, while also excelling at the law. I highly recommend him.

I am one of thousands of out-of-state attorneys licensed in New York State who had their license unknowingly suspended en masse by a court order years ago after leaving the state and no longer filing bi-annual registrations. In my case, the NY license was not required in my new state of practice, where I also had obtained a license by passing that state’s bar exam., so my suspension persisted unbeknownst to me. Upon learning of the suspension, which was extremely unsettling to me, the best thing I did was engage Randall Tesser. He has extensive experience in the reinstatement process. Randall clearly outlined an approach and was highly skilled in successfully reinstating my license according to the accelerated timeline he laid out for me. Along the way, I found his counsel, advice and work product to be highly skilled, empathetic, judicious and very responsive. Mr. Boys was recommended to me by a high school friend whose husband is an attorney of long-standing in Norfolk. Mr. Boys had handled their estate needs and they were vastly impressed. Heather was actually initially retained by my sister to pursue guardianship or our mother, an incapacitated adult. The case was complicated because our mother is married and her spouse did not want my sister to be awarded guardianship, in spite of the fact he cannot care adequately for mom and mom was being neglected. Heather worked hard to approach the situation legally and diplomatically while at the same time maintaining a strong, firm line where mom's husband was concerned. She was prompt, thorough, and organized; certainly more organized than the Commissioner who was in the court when guardianship was awarded! Now that guardianship is decided, Heather is assisting us now with divorce proceedings against the spouse of our mother. Although we have, of course, retained a separate divorce attorney, the divorce is going nowhere due to lack of action on the part of the attorneys involved and Heather has been willing to assist with moving the divorce along so that we can hopefully have resolution on the situation soon.

Paul Stuber was an excellent attorney concerning my case.
I was charged with a Felony DUI. I could of been sent to DOC for two to six years.
Paul took a personal interest in my case, He worked diligently to get my charges reduced to work release and probation. He even worked it out to where everything was transferred to my home county.
I would highly recommend having Paul Stuber represent you in your case. Without him I feel I would be in prison right now.

Ms. Palmblad parperes all paper work, and will mail the form to your doctor, bankers, friends, and etc. to sign. You can call her anytime of the day if you have questions, she is very helpful. She does not give you an answer if she does not know but she will check into it, and get back with you. It had been well over 2 yrs since the death of my mother and no settlement was made. Granted Covid delayed it about 6 months but PA Dept of Rev approved everything in Sept 2020. I posted my concern here in mid May and Attorney Coulter answered in an intelligent and meaningful way which made me feel I would be in safe hands to contact his office. (Previously contacted another probate atty who was extremely sub par and out of desperation decided to pose my concern to Avvo which thankfully lead me to Attorney Coulter). He immediately got results and a settlement statement was drawn the following week. The ‘opposing’ attorney did not answer my four calls in April nor did the executor answer my email requesting an update. Being from out of state and not having any contacts to guide me, I am truly grateful to Avvo and the attorneys who responded. But should you be in the same predicament with that feeling that you will never see your rightful inheritance, I urge you to contact Attorney Coulter. I received my disbursement this week so the entire process took about 40 days. Without Attorney Coulter, I truly believe I would not have received my inheritance, it was that bad.

Debbie handled my best friends Last Will and Testament prior to her passing. She and her husband had recommended Debbie to me after the sudden unexpected passing of my Dad. I interviewed several other attorneys over the phone that seemed to be monetarily focused.
