My husband and I reached out to Brian Wyatt when we were ready to set up a special needs trust for our daughter. We were impressed with Brian's education and his breadth of experience. He was also genuinely gracious and professional in his conduct. What I appreciate most about Brian is that he is accessible. I am able to call and ask questions about things I don’t understand. I’m not charged for this. I’m not pushed off to an assistant. I get his attention and expertise. If he’s not in, he calls back. Right away. Pretty unusual from my experience with attorneys.

My father passed away in June 2016 and I was appointed the executor of his estate. I live in Minnesota - and my father owned a condo in Arizona. I needed to find a good lawfirm in Arizona that would work with me over the phone & via email. Brent Gunderson and his team were outstanding.
I worked very closely with Selena in their office and Selena's Customer Service was top notch. She was consistently helpful. When I called to ask her questions for the third time, she was positive and extremely informative (taking the time to walk me through exactly what I needed to do). I worked with Brandon to get a will in place for my husband and I before we left the country. We had a very short time frame before we left and Brandon was able to accommodate our schedules to make sure it was done in time. His knowledge of wills, trusts, etc is unsurpassed. The thing that most stood out to me though was you could tell he genuinely cared about helping us. He spent time asking us questions to figure out what we really wanted. He was also able to explain things in a way that was simple enough for people with no previous knowledge to understand.

My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in early 2014. When she found out, she was quick to get her will in order with Bradley and his team. I was designated as her Power of Attorney and Executor of the will, and I had no idea what I was doing. In the initial meetings, Bradley explained everything very carefully, and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. She passed in April of the following year, and everyone at the office was very helpful while I navigated the complicated process of selling her house, managing her finances, and ultimately settling the estate. They were able to communicate quickly and effectively when I needed it, and made the process much easier than it would have been doing it alone. I'm very grateful to Brad, Vicky, and the rest of the team.

My mother's wish was to have my sister and I wait one year from her death to split the inheritance 50/50. As the year from her death approached I contacted my sister regarding splitting the inheritance, but she refused planning on keeping all of the money for herself and making her husband full beneficiary. My mother lived and passed away in Denver, Colorado and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. After doing an internet search, I found Mr. Frigon's site very professional, thus I contacted his office for a consultation.
Although my mother made my sister personal representative and full beneficiary on the inheritance, Mr. Frigon was successful in demonstrating my mother's wishes prior to her death to my sister's attorney in the matter. The matter finally resolved in receiving 50% of my mother's inheritance and for each of my sons to receive money towards a down payment on a home. In conclusion, Mr. Frigon and his office demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kept me apprised of all matters regarding this issue. The cost of resolving this issue was very fair.

Spencer and Ryan provided me with the guidance necessary to resolve an issue with Chase Bank at our initial 1-hour meeting. This information allowed me to resolve the issue without having to pay thousands of dollars that other attorneys wanted to help me.

We hired Ms. Rauba to review our estate with a focus on security and protection of our assets. I found Mina on Google and it was our lucky break because we worked with 5 attorneys that charged a fortune and were completely negligent with all of our legal needs. I initially met with Mr. Rosen from Broad and Cassell when my husband passed away in 2012. I was originally working with another local estate-planning attorney but was not completely satisfied. I found myself leaving our meetings confused and with more questions than when I arrived. My older brother has a mental disability that put him in a difficult situation for U.S. citizenship. We tried different lawyers who just seemed to not care about my brother's case. I hired Charles Payne for estate planning. The first thing that impressed me is that I was dealing with Charles, not his secretary or paralegal. He met with me to discuss the information needed for my estate plan. I immediately was impressed at the knowledge and skill that Charles has. Ken Baker is a "down to business" attorney that took charge of my legal matter with the confidence of a true professional. He helped me when I was in a dire situation. I originally contracted the services of another attorney which turned out to be a nightmare and a waste of time and finances. I was in desperate need for someone capable that would not over charge me and Ken Baker answered the call, he went above and beyond. He was able to explain the law in a manner that I could easily understand, but more importantly, he kept me updated through the entire process. After spending (both in time and money with the original attorney) 5 months with my original attorney, Ken Baker was able to start and close my case in a matter of 30 days. I worked with John on a family trusts case. It was an extremely stressful experience. I cannot even imagine not having John representing me in this matter. He handled the case with upmost diligence, care and concern. I truly felt he had my best interest at hand.
When I was looking for a lawyer. One thing that stood out to me was the fact he had 20 years experience. I can honestly tell you, John really knows his stuff!

I don't understand why Richard doesn't have a higher rating score on your site. Not being a fan of attorneys before meeting Rick, he's a 10 in my book. Very competent, knowledgeable, trusting and responsive in handling our Living Trust, Wills, and Powers of Attorney documents. After talking with another attorney in the same field and then talking with Rick there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to handle my Living Trust.
