I am so thankful and grateful, I don’t even know where to start with this review. With being in a different state and not being able to communicate directly in person it was difficult at first. We communicated through telephone and emails until I got to meet them a day before the MTO hearing. Emy and Kate both understand what you are going through and they are very calming in their approach. Emy is very straight forward, she is not the type of lawyer that will tell you what you want to hear but rather tell you in reality and based off her experience. “STRAIGHT SHOOTER”!! So if you are looking for a lawyer that will present you based on the information that you provide the team, and not looking for a sugar coated cookie then she will be the right choice for you. If they ask you for items, make sure you get them what they ask for and in a timely manner. Don’t ask questions just do it!!! It’s no one’s fault but your own if don’t provide them what they ask for. There is a reason that they ask for the items. You may not know why the reason but believe me it will all come together in the end. Emy and the team are story tellers of the information that you provide them, in a legal way. I have so much to say about Emy and her team, I could keep going. Custody battles are never fun but having an attorney who has your best interest in mind helps a lot. Emy is very knowledgeable in family law and that has been very beneficial in my case.

It is not easy finding a trustworthy attorney in Salt Lake City, especially if you live somewhere else as do I. I needed post-divorce related advice and investigated a few different law offices. There are likely many good family attorneys in SLC, but choosing one feels risky and confusing. I eventually chose Ms. Cordano given her exclusive focus with family law, and lengthy experience in the field. At our first meeting I knew she was the right choice. What a relief. Her advice is excellent, and I found her to be honest in dealings with me. As we spoke she was cordial and patient, which means a lot. I never felt any pressure about her services. I would imagine the time will come again that I will need family law services and I intend to utilize this law firm again, without any hesitation. Recommended.

Ms. Cordano and staff has been my rock in this storm of divorce I am navigating. Ms. Cordano your calming, steady presence continues to keep my heart in my chest.
