Runs an unethical and unprofessional practice. He has a conflict of interest to be on the state senate and run an eviction law practice. Not a good way to do business.

This law office illegally tried to evict me and gave permission to trespass that led to my service dogs death. They are cruel, evil and use predatory tactics.

I've recently been evicted and it's not fair this law office continues to handle the evictions at my previous home-Hidden Pointe apartments!! They are rude, are not very professional as far as hearing both sides. I heard they only do it cause they are paid well

This law firm is a dirty, predatory agency, working on behalf of greedy landlords to evict their tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using funds provided by the federal government for rental relief, they have lined their own pockets by taking this money to cover the legal fees of their greedy clients that they represent in eviction cases, the complete opposite of what the money was intended for. Those funds were supposed to go to rental relief, not to fund the eviction process. The Salt Lake Tribune just posted (6/30/22) an investigative article exposing this firm and the landlords they represent. The Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore LLC are downright awful.

This office pre-dated the notice. I have proof of when it was executed vs. when they’re stating it was. Also, server didn’t even attempt knocking, I was home. People be smart and paper trail everything.

Predatory business. Work with some pretty shady apartment complexes.

This law company works with some very predatory companies who breaks laws on a regular basis. Can't trust this law firm. If they fight for those companies that breaks laws and hurts the everyday person then i don't want to do business with them. In my opinion, there license should be under review.

Caled to settle an eviction.. they never called back after several mesages..

Nothing to say that they won't remove expect that they are leaches who don't have any concern for people.
