They have been investigated by multiple organizations for their predatory practices however they have not or can not be forced to change. Writing this to reassure others that yes this hardly seems legal and is a systematic way to keep the poor and struggling in desperate situations. You are being taken advantaged of and scared to comply. I'm sorry this is happening to you. They legally don't need to contact you about your debt and will just wait until they can garnish your wages (at which point they have no problem getting in contact with you). Recently paid 15000 dollars to avoid wage garnishment and continued interest. Staff is rude and will try to withhold information regarding your case. Laws regarding these practices need to change.

Extremely unfriendly & unprofessional people work here & won't let you talk when you have questions. Just because you couldn't get thru law school well enough to get past being a collections reaper.

I have retained this law office for the past 5 years. They just recently processed an eviction for me and it was seamless and painless. I really like their online notification of the process, so I do not have to spend a lot of time calling or guessing what has transpired. Excellent service at good prices.

Had interaction with them in regard to a garnishee and money they are looking to collect, simple questions to validate their needs and worst experience ever with people who acted like I was doing them a disservice. They should have been open to help as opposed to completely rude and hang up.

You cant sink much lower ethically than an extremely wealthy law firm asking that the fees for their eviction proceedings be covered by federal funds allocated for "housing stability" for vulnerable populations. Very sad.
