Preparedness means different things to different people. Mostly, food storage and 72 hour kits come to mind! Having an estate plan (living will/trust) was something on our “eventually” list. We thought about it every time we left our children with sitters over the years but never did anything legal or official. With Covid and thoughts of preparation on the forefront of life this last year, we decided to make it happen. We had such an awesome experience with Marianne Ludlow at Jones Waldo! The process was well organized and seamless. It feels so good to have it complete! She listened, explained things well, and we left feeling like long time friends.

Marianne is AMAZING. I have known Marianne for many years and recommend her for will and estate preparation. As I am getting older, we wanted to put formalize our estate plan. I have also recently seen how difficult situations arise on the passing of loved ones without proper preparations. I have family that are attorneys but when it came time to prepare "our" will - I wanted an attorney who is focused on wills and estate planning. Marianne is the expert. This is her specialty. She guided us through the process. Her insight and advice was invaluable. It was so simple and a great experience. I highly recommend. Marianne is a MUST USE for your estate planning.

Marianne is great! She knows her stuff, she's friendly and easy to work with. She is very good at taking something that is very complex and explaining it in a way that's easy to understand. Her team was great too. They were on the ball and every bit as friendly and easy to work with.
