Couldn't have been a better experience! We needed a complex estate plan because of various family and business issues, including a special needs child, but Marianne and Jennifer and their team got the job done beautifully! They worked after-hours which made it easier for my husband and I to get to the appointments, they had a plan in place to make each appointment effective and organized, their materials were of the highest quality, the office was beautiful and comfortable, Marianne and Jen are truly experts in their field, and they both truly cared about the well-being of our family. For instance, they didn't just set up a living trust, they walked us through each step of funding the trust so that it will operate as needed. They took this attention to detail with every element of the plan. And, they guided us through a recorded statement to leave for our posterity about our values and loves. It was a beautiful experience. My husband and I both feel VERY good about the money we spent to hire Marianne to protect our family and our assets going into the future.

My wife and I first went to Marianne Ludlow for my wife's mother, to replace an existing trust with a more updated and simplified trust, Marianne was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process and made everyone comfortable with the decisions that they were making. When my own mother needed to set up a trust, naturally I recommended Marianne and my mother really liked her and Marianne and her team made her feel comfortable and secure in her decisions. I would recommend her and her team to anyone who asks.

My wife and I were very impressed with Marianne’s expertise and attention to detail. She made several suggestions to us on items in our estate plan that we had never thought of, and provided us with solutions that are practical and easy to understand. Her staff responded quickly to questions and concerns that we had and the result is an estate plan that we are happy and comfortable with.

If I could give Marianne six stars I would. She and her staff were thorough, professional, and very pleasant to work with. We don't have a huge estate, but we feel confident that our financial affairs are in order so that our heirs will have an easy time settling things we go. I highly recommend her services.

Marianne and the staff at Jones Waldo are absolutely amazing. They are very thorough in their work, they tell you what needs to be done in very good detail and in general never leave a stone unturned. I'm thrilled my husband and I found them and am more than satisfied with the work they did for us.

Marianne & team just finished our estate plan. She is smart, organized and effective. We have kids from multiple marriages, a business, inheritances and a few other curve balls thrown into our estate. She had answers for every question and helped us find options that work for us. She is an expert at estate law and walked us through the whole process. Probably the hardest part was coordinating our busy schedules. Marianne was patient but persistent. This is the 3rd estate planning process I've gone through and it was easily the best. We are very grateful to Marianne & team.

Marianne gave us a warm welcome and quickly demonstrated how organized and ready the team is to handle estate planning no matter the complexities. My wife and I have resided in many different states and countries, several of them multiple times during military and later civilian careers. During that time we have always had the full range of estate planning documents, so after each move they had to be reviewed and updated for each state. With this experience we thought that we knew everything about the subject. However, Marianne in contrast to estate planners elsewhere not only explained the requirements of Utah Law, but also the necessity of protecting successors and beneficiary's of a trust. We are very pleased with our experience.
