Marianne Ludlow and her team at JonesWaldo did a great job with our estate plan. As a professional, working with many different attorneys over the years, I am very impressed with Marianne and her firm. Marianne is very knowledgeable in the field of estate planning and knows how to use trusts and other legal documents for the care of her clients and their families and to distribute assets upon death. She and her team have created an in-office process for capturing all financial assets, healthcare directives, end-of-life wishes and family values that every client hopes to pass down to their children and grandchildren. My wife and I also appreciate a provision Marianne included in our trust to ensure our special needs son is cared for upon our deaths. Marianne and her team are very friendly and easy to work with.
