I can’t express how thankful I am to Marianne and her Client Services and Trust Funding Expert, Jennifer Colwell. They both displayed a lot of patience as they waited for us to take care of our part of the process and having to explain and re-explain things to my wife and me. Left to my own devices, I would never have gotten this done. Our will and trust documents are now neatly organized and beautifully bound; making it easy for our heirs to manage our estate once we are gone.

Sundance Law, specifically Marianne and Jen. were wonderful to work with on our wills and on setting up living and retirement trusts. We found Sundance Law on the web and liked what we read on their website so we set up our first appointment and were so pleased with how that went. Marianne went to great lengths to help us figure out what we needed to do to update our wills for our current circumstances and to reflect that we live in Utah now, having moved here from Texas three years ago. I had done a little research on our setting up trusts for us to make it easier and clearer for our heirs in case something happened to either or both of us. Marianne was so helpful in walking us through why trusts made sense. Once our wills were updated and our trusts were established, Jen was so helpful and careful in walking us through each step of setting up our various accounts and asset registrations in order to get everything transferred properly. Thanks to both Marianne and Jen for their help! My wife and I both highly recommend them to you for their help in completing this important step in estate planning. I understand that Sundance Law Group will soon be merging with Jones Waldo, PLLC but I just know that Marianne's and Jen's commitment to client service will remain at the same high level that we experienced.
