Carranza kills competition with competence. I am so happy I hired her. She got me everything I hoped for and more. She is fantastic and beyond what I could have expected: clear, concise, competent, yet comfortable. Trust me when I say you get what you pay for—and it’s worth every penny. I wish I could say the same for the paralegals/receptionists. They didn’t make me feel comfortable when I first met with Yaiko (got a very awkward vibe). What’s more, they lost my paperwork, gave me two different prices for a service, and when I asked for clarification they simply forwarded the email to Yaiko (Carranza) and had her answer a different question in my email. It costs money for every email she sends, so I was annoyed when they would forward any emails for her to reply to when they could have answered themselves (at no cost to me). They still haven’t gotten back to me regarding the price for withdrawing counsel, and it will be two weeks tomorrow waiting for an answer. It’s a small mess but still a mess and *still* more than worth hiring Yaiko Carranza. That’s how good she is. Hopefully I’m the only one who has had any problems with anyone else in the office. *update* Yaiko just wrote off the rest of my bill, and thanks to her I am now at a zero balance.😁 Still so very highly recommend.
